Le Canterie is an agriturismo, a working farm in the hills of Radicondoli, near Siena. Stone, wooden beams, olive trees.
The morning moved slowly. The dress hanging from a tree, flowers in glass jars, light coming in through the windows.
Then Radicondoli, six minutes down the road. He waited inside the church. The first look was outside, by the door. Afterwards, the village streets, the long shadows of the afternoon.
Back at Le Canterie, photos with the family and the ceremony beneath an arch of white drapes. Readings, the exchange of rings, a few tears.
At sunset, the white road, the cypresses, a veil wide enough for two.
And in the evening, dinner under the lights, and their first dance.
A day in Tuscany, just as it was.
